for Bangladesh Players

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "fz66", "we", "us", "our" refers to the fz66 platform and its operating entity.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers or uses an fz66 account.
• "Platform" means the fz66 website at fz66.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, and tools accessible through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means real-money funds deposited and held in a player's fz66 account.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a player's account under an active promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh.
• "Payment Methods" refers to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and any other mobile banking or payment service supported by fz66 from time to time.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before real-money transactions are activated.

2 Eligibility

To register and use fz66, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fz66 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit funds, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of fz66 or any of its game supply partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously had an fz66 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino services on fz66, you must complete the account registration process. The following rules apply:

• Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, Bangladesh National ID number, and mobile number — must be accurate, truthful, and current.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Any change to your name, address, or mobile banking number must be reported to fz66 customer support promptly.
• fz66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any registration detail at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.
• Account registration is free of charge. fz66 does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining an account.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your fz66 account. The following obligations apply:

• You must not disclose your fz66 username or password to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your fz66 account, including family members or friends.
• You must notify fz66 customer support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• fz66 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from fz66 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• All bets and transactions made from your account while your credentials remain uncompromised are considered valid and binding, regardless of whether you personally initiated them.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fz66 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits specified at the time of deposit within your account cashier. Limits may vary by payment method and player tier.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed only to a mobile banking number registered in the player's own name. fz66 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid Bangladesh National ID Card or Passport.
• fz66 targets withdrawal processing within 10–30 minutes of approval during operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Delays may occur during periods of high volume, technical maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
• fz66 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, mobile banking operators (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction fees — players should consult their respective operator for applicable charges.
• fz66 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., wrong amount, duplicate transaction) must be reported to customer support within 24 hours. fz66 cannot guarantee recovery of funds outside this reporting window.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets available on fz66:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time a selection is made and the time a bet is confirmed — the odds applicable to the confirmed bet are those shown on the bet receipt.
• Minimum bet stake is ৳10 per selection. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet receipt issued, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player.
• fz66 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a pricing or data error has occurred, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to market suspension at any time. fz66 does not guarantee continuous in-play market availability during any fixture. Live odds are provided by third-party data partners and are updated in real time — fz66 accepts no liability for latency-related discrepancies.
• Winnings from settled winning bets are credited to the player's real-money balance within five (5) minutes of official result confirmation, unless the result is subject to official review or appeal.
• fz66 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or accumulator. Maximum payout limits are displayed in the relevant market rules.
• Evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of sports fraud will result in immediate void of all affected bets, account suspension, and referral to relevant authorities.

7 Casino Games

The fz66 casino lobby includes live dealer games, slots, crash games, and RNG table games provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other certified providers. The following rules apply:

• All casino games use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published within each game's information panel. fz66 does not modify default RTP settings provided by game studios.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the game will resume from the point of disconnection when the player reconnects, provided the session has not timed out. fz66 is not liable for interrupted rounds caused by the player's internet connection.
• Technical malfunctions void all game plays affected by the malfunction. fz66 will refund affected bets in such circumstances.

• fz66 reserves the right to remove, suspend, or replace any game title from the lobby at any time, with or without notice, at the request of the relevant game provider or for operational reasons.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

fz66 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the platform.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per mobile banking number, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes fraud.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any part of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the relevant promotion. Bonuses that remain unwagered at the expiry of the stated period are forfeited automatically.
• Certain game categories (including live casino, in-play betting, or specific slots) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• fz66 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus before its cancellation will have their existing bonus balance processed under the original terms.
• Withdrawing real-money balance before a bonus wagering requirement is completed will result in forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance and any winnings attributed to it.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fz66 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one fz66 account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using fz66 if you are under 21 years of age or do not otherwise meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, where such strategies are deemed abusive by fz66 at its sole discretion.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any other game format.
• Laundering money or using fz66 in connection with any other unlawful financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fz66 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

fz66 is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered fz66 player:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from the account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Controls: Players may set a maximum session duration. fz66 will display a notification when the set time is reached and may log the player out automatically.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from betting may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and prevent login during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing time spent and net session outcome.

11 Suspension & Closure

fz66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Dormant account balances are subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 after the 12-month inactive period; remaining balance will be returned to the player upon request.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, fz66 will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeline to the player via the registered email address, except where doing so would compromise the investigation.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the fz66 Platform — including but not limited to the fz66 brand name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of fz66 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment as a registered player. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any fz66 content without prior written authorisation from fz66.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fz66's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the liability arises.

fz66 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including mobile banking networks (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), internet service providers, or game content delivery networks.
• Errors or delays in third-party sports data feeds that affect in-play betting market pricing.
• Any loss suffered as a result of the player sharing their account credentials with a third party.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits fz66's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Privacy & Data

fz66 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. fz66 does not sell or rent personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

15 Amendments

fz66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, fz66 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the change takes effect — except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Continued use of the fz66 Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept a change, you must stop using the Platform and contact customer support to request account closure.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the fz66 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the fz66 operating entity. Players who access the Platform from Bangladesh do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. fz66 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction.
